01Who is responsible

02What we process and why

• Access requests and orders: name, company, e-mail, number of Phones and your message, to answer you and prepare an offer or a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Your account: name, e-mail, organization and sign-in data, to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Your Phones: what your Phones show and what is done on them while connected (screen images, steps, recordings). You decide what runs on your Phones; we process this on your behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser data and logs, to keep the service secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in a secure service).
• Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices (Art. 6(1)(c)).

03Cookies

Only what is needed: a session cookie when you sign in and the light or dark theme you chose. No advertising or tracking cookies.

04Who receives data

Service providers for hosting, e-mail, payment and AI models, only on our instructions and under data processing agreements. Outside the EU/EEA we rely on an adequacy decision or the EU standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell personal data.

05How long we keep it

Account data while your account exists; access requests up to 12 months if nothing comes of them; recordings as long as you keep them; records the law requires for as long as it requires (11 years for accounting records in Croatia).

06Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and a copy of your data, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to hello@ghostyard.ai; we answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or to the authority where you live.
