Connect Ghosthand to the iPhone with the cable and adapter from the box. Your charger goes into the adapter, so the Phone stays charged while it works.
- 2Pair it once
Enter the Setup Code from the quick start card and scan the QR code with the Ghostviewer app. The Phone appears in your console, Ready for work.
- 3Put it to work
Start a Run in plain words or through the API. Watch the screen live and take over with one click whenever a human is needed.

Ask a questionWhich iPhones does it work with?
iPhone 15 and later plug straight into USB-C with the cable and adapter from the box. iPhone 14 and older need a Lightning camera adapter with a power input; we sell a tested one as an extra, because cheap copies often stop working after iOS updates.
Do I need to jailbreak the iPhone or install anything on it?
No. To the iPhone, Ghosthand is simply a keyboard and mouse. You turn on AssistiveTouch once, which iOS needs to show a pointer, and pair with the Ghostviewer app. No profiles, no sideloading, no developer mode.
Does the iPhone stay charged?
Yes. The adapter in the box has a charging port: plug in your usual USB-C charger and the Phone charges while it works, around the clock.
How many Ghosthands do I need?
One per iPhone. Each Ghosthand drives exactly one Phone, and every Phone shows up in your console on its own. The price per unit drops from 10 and again from 50.
What does the Wi-Fi need?
A 2.4 GHz network with internet access. Ghosthand connects out to Ghostyard, so there is nothing to open on your firewall.
What are the included credits?
Every Ghosthand comes with €109 of agent time on Ghostyard. Enough to try real Runs before you plan a budget.
What may I use it for?
Testing apps, automating your team's own work on iPhones and accessibility. Our terms ask you to respect the rules of the apps you automate.
Where do you ship, and can I return it?
We ship tracked parcels from Germany to every EU country; outside the EU, ask us. Consumers can return an order within 14 days, and every unit has a 2-year warranty.
